I'm in - I'm actually shooting for 300km for the month - but lets make it easier on the maths and call it 200 miles
Rides so far this month:
02/01/2012 - 26.50km (16.46 miles) - 1523kcal - Local loop - bright and sunny but cold and windy
03/01/2012 - 34.59km (21.49 miles) - 2196kcal (3719kcal total) - Indoor cycling (rain/storms/gales)
04/01/2012 - 32.42km (20.14 miles) - 2318kcal (6037kcal total) - more indoor cycling
06/01/2012 - 66.19km (41.13 miles) - 3875kcal (9912kcal total) - finally, a proper outdoor ride
07/01/2012 - 27.38km (17.01 miles) - 1565kcal (11477kcal total) - indoor cycling again

Managed 12 crazy miles on the stationary bike in the basement tonight. Not going to let anything stop me now....I'm just ducking the Nerf bullets from my younger boys and trying to enjoy the drum solo from my 11 year old while working out. If you can't beat em join em right?
