I'm 5'1 and currently weigh 144.. my heaviest ever! Goal weight is 125. I was at 128 for the longest time. Not quite sure what happened! :-(0

Current goal is 112. Then 105... Maybe but I'm doing ripped in 30 so I may not get that low as I'm building muscles0

Initially I aimed for 115, I looked best at about 110. Now I am 97 which is gross (ribs and spine sticking out, yuck) so I'm aiming for about 105 but most importantly I want to stay at 13% body fat and get some MUSCLE.0

I am about 5' and i would love to get to 120, but i will take 130 for now and see what i look like, i want to look healthy, not really concerned what the weight actually is as long as i have lost some, my muffin top is gone and very little giggle left. lol I was 128 before and i did not look healthy i looked sickly, I have a athletic frame (i am no where near athletic) but my frame is. Plus i am very short with little legs it looke better on me when i have some meat.0

5'1 - Starting is 180 and I need to be about 130 but would like to be down more than that.0

5'2" with small bones
My current goal is 110 lbs.
At 125 lbs my body fat was at around 32%, so even though 125 sounds OK, it is over-fat for me.
My lowest adult weight was in my mid-20's when I worked out a lot. I was 98 lbs of muscle. It was awesome. Wish I had bikini pics.0
