Week one challenges: I enjoyed doing the interval assisted cardio - managed to do it 5 times. I wish I had a HRM so I could see if it made a difference in calories, but hopefully it made a difference in fat burned. I already hit the water goal everyday. Otherwise, I had a rough week motivation-wise and I'm hoping week two goes a little smoother.

I had been so wishy washy, and non consistent for quite a long time, finally my brain "clicked" and I become committed!! I started doing all the right things, goign to the gym, and working out vigorously and not "half assed"... I started back on low carb 100%, and Swoooosh I saw the results!!! I certainly DO NOT expect this every week LOL A sweet loss in Week 1, is a great jump start, and a great motivator!!
Zumba today at 10am......... ( I usally work out 30-40min before class...so I get about 2hrs gym time )0 -
