    Week one challenges: I enjoyed doing the interval assisted cardio - managed to do it 5 times. I wish I had a HRM so I could see if it made a difference in calories, but hopefully it made a difference in fat burned. I already hit the water goal everyday. Otherwise, I had a rough week motivation-wise and I'm hoping week two goes a little smoother.

    Finally back to pre-holiday weight! I only did the interval challenge 1 time... I'm going to try again this week but the gym has been CRAZY busy so I was afraid of losing my spot! :0) Water is never a problem for me... so I got that done. Let's all have a great week of losing again this week!

    I successfully completed the water challenge but have to admit I didn't get in any cardio last week. (unless you want to count de-decking the halls!!!). I hope everyone finds themselves a little bit lighter today!! =)

    Stayed the same this week which is a bit frustrating since I took myself off maintenance and my cals were a lot lower with more exercise then the past few weeks. Oh well....on to a new week. Great job with the losses everyone and have a great week!

    our goal weight is almost the same!! how the heck did you lose 5lbs?

    I had been so wishy washy, and non consistent for quite a long time, finally my brain "clicked" and I become committed!! I started doing all the right things, goign to the gym, and working out vigorously and not "half assed"... I started back on low carb 100%, and Swoooosh I saw the results!!! I certainly DO NOT expect this every week LOL A sweet loss in Week 1, is a great jump start, and a great motivator!!

    Zumba today at 10am......... ( I usally work out 30-40min before class...so I get about 2hrs gym time :) )

    So, I am sooo disappointed, but I have to report a gain. I am having "bathroom" issues & I did eat out yesterday, so I'm hoping that things balance out in the next couple of days so that I can report a loss. ....
