I am 5'9" and my goal weight is 135 lbs.0

I'm just over 5'9" - heaviest was about 175 in college, currently 154. Hoping to lower my body fat % to about 17-18%, and if that brings my weight down, awesome. Maybe 145-150? But I'm also doing a lot of heavy strength training, so I'm hoping to build muscle mass too.0

5'11" and am shooting for 175 first. I do a lot of weights and so already I'm in a size 12. I'd like to be a 10-12 so we'll see when the wii tells me I'm "healthy"0

5'10" and aiming for 150-155. I've got about 50 pounds to get rid of.
Very close to me. I am 5'10" with a goal weight of 150. I've got about 20lbs to lose0 -
I'm 5'11" and currently my goal is 160.
I've already told myself that when I reach 175 I'm going to start weight lifting and I'll let me body decide where it wants to be. I've never tried loosing weight before but because of MFP I've learned a ton and I'm trying not to let the scale be my enemy.0 -
I am 5'11 and my goal weight is 150. Honestly though once I hit 160 toning is going to be the big focus along with some strength training.0

I am 5ft 9. I want to be in the 160's as my goal range. Any skinnier and I think that I would look to skinny. I like having my currves! I just don't want to be as curvy!
I have almost 100lbs to go but I will get there!

I'm 5'9 and 1/4 lol I'm aiming to be between 165 and 170 I need some curves lol0

I am 6 ft and am aiming for 183 lbs (83k), which will put me at just under 25 BMI. I think this is a reasonable weight for myself and not the lower weights shown in the BMI range of 20 -25. I'm big boned (seriously, not just a excuse) My wrists are 8 inch/ 21cm.
Anybody else 'big boned' AND tall?
I'm the exact same, 6' with 8" wrist. My top weight was 390 and I'm down 75 to 315. I just can't seem to picture myself at a weight that would fall within the normal BMI, so I set my goal weight at 240. We'll see how I picture myself once I get there.

Hi yas,
I'm 5' 10 and trying to get down to 150lb, 8lb to go. I originally said I wanted to be 11stone/154lb but wanna keep going now as I don't feel I look rite yet. I want to try all the tight things on and have them look good0 -
I am 5'10 and would like to get back to 160. I hit 200 and that was my wake-up call! My lowest adult weight was about 144 but I don't think that's sustainable for me and I was in my mid and late 20s when I was there. Now at 41, I think 160 would be a good and healthy weight for me.0

I'm 5'10" and I aim to be 150lbs0

I'm 5ft 9 and about 160 - lowest was about 125 in college (i have a very small frame). Would like to be about 135-140. Gotta a lot of work to do!!0

5'8 and want to get back to 129-132 ideally (i.e. wedding day pic) but will settle for 135. Currently I'm a BMI of 21.5.0
-
I'm 5'8" and am currently weighing 194. My heaviest was 219 so I've lost some. My first goal is to get to 179 which I had been until I moved last year. Then my final goal is 165.
Mine is exactly the same! Well, really close anyway! I'm currently 194 and my goal weight is 164ish (160-165). My lowest weight about 3 years ago was 158 and very hard to maintain... In truth, I got lazy and gained back to 198 Boo...
But now, I'm on my way back down and am happily seeing results!0 -
Hello my fellow tall ladies! I am 6 feet tall, and at my heaviest I was 192. I'm working my way back to 165, which I haven't been at since high school (mayyybe college?). I think it's tougher to pick a 'magic' number when you're trying to incorporate strengthening and increasing muscle. I'm sure I'll fluctuate when I concentrate less on the weight loss and more on the strength. The important part is feeling great and being strong!0
