Exercises I can do on my bed?

So I live in a college dorm room and there isn't much room to move around. I would exercise in my kitchen, but my roommate is here right now, and that would be awkward. Other than doing sit-ups, what else can I do?

    Planks (toes on bed hands on floor)
    Flutter and or scissor kicks
    step ups
    squats
    glute lifts
    Find a wall and do wall sits

    I use to do situps - even if its 20-30 on the edge of your bed. Even lay on the floor with your legs on your bed and crunch away!

    Um, go outside.... go for a run/walk/jog?
  • Squats, pushups, lunges, planks - get a set of 5, 8, & 10 pound dumbbells and you can do a whole bunch of upper body workouts that you can do on your bed or standing in one place.
