      I have no idea what the heck you are all talking about but being a very bright spark (yes I am!) have worked out that it may have something to do with posing for pictures with huge lips - whether they be real, fake, implanted, injected or pursed and lashings of lippy.

      Pete Burns in the UK gets my vote for the silliest lip look.
