5'4" SW 192, CW 151, GW, 145 - w/ a good portion in muscle. Working out regularly and at smaller size for this weight than experienced previously.0

I'm 4'9" and currently weigh 130lbs. I goal is to reach 110 by summer this year. My final goal, I'd like to be right at about 100lbs. Since I'm so short this seems like a healthy weight! :flowerforyou:0

I'm just under 5'2", my goal weight is 125-130. I'm currently 164 and at my heaviest 4 years ago I was 197 (YIKES!!). I have fluctuated between 160 & 185 over the past few years but have finally found a healthy way to lose & get fit. Slow & steady wins the race! haha I'm sure I will be able to keep it off once I get there...hopefully in the next few months=)0

Your first step to find out if you are at a healthy weight is to find out what your BMI, or body mass index, is and what your waist size is. For most people, these are good clues to whether they are at a healthy weight.0

5'1 current weight 177. 1st goal 150. Ultimate goal is 125 to 130.0

Honestly, I'll be happy just to measure in at a healthy BMI, which would put me at 120 (I'm barely 5'1), but i really want to get to 107.0

I'm 5'2" goal SW was 130 on MFP. I weight 150ish in high school. My goal weight was set to 115 and I reached that and hit 108 but couldn't get a flat tummy. Due to adding medications I've gained back almost 40 lbs in seven months. I'm now at 145 and hope to get to 115 by next year. Took me seven years before....I hope it doesn't take that long again.0

I am new! And also around 5'1.5". Started at 135 last week (hadn't been that high for a few years) and I'm trying to get down to a weight where I am happy with proportions and clothing (and the jiggly areas). I looked my best at around 105 when I was in high school, so that's the ultimate goal.

I'm 5'1 and have been stuck at 130 pounds for what feels like forever. My goal weight is 110 pounds, but right now I'd settle for 125! feel free to add me anyone..any motivation would be helpful right now!0

5'1" and my goal right now is 120... but would love to be able to maintain at 1150

I am 159cm tall that's about 5'2 and my goal weight is 45 to 55kg which is about 100pounds to 110pounds.0

My goal is 120-140. I have been as thin as 94lbs but I am not naturally that thin. I worked out like crazy when I was 18-19 years old. I have not desire to go below 1200

I'm @ 5'. SW 72kg, CW 51kg, BF% 17.2% (as of a few months ago so may be a little lower now)
My advice:
Find the right weight for you and your frame
Don't concentrate solely on the scales
Find out your body fat %
Monitor how you feel/look in your clothes
If you want to build lean muscle keep in mind you may weigh more on the scales
