    MFP is the reason i am where i am today
    without this place i really doubt...no i KNOW
    I would still be yo yo dieting and still 259pounds
    this place is amazing and so are the people
    its really helped me to keep on going all the motivation here on the boards!

    tam was my insperation
    i started mfp the beggin of 08 and didnt get serious untill summer
    i started here and it was an amazing group of people (gutter gang) haha and i watched tam just shed all her weight....it was incredible to watch.....we all had fun on these boards and in the chats.....i miss thoes days!

    but anyways....tam was around my starting weight and i knew if she did it....someone else my size ...i could do it too!
    all her pictures and messages and postings really helped me keep going
    so tam if you see this....thanks girly!

    TAM has been my biggest inspiration too. I remember when I saw her counter and to see that she lost sooo much about the same I wanted to lose, I felt ok I can do this.

    Now we have TAM & MISSGORGEOUS to inspire us.

Are there any tips you'd like to pass along that helped you out? What did you do to get such amazing results.. i know everyone loses weight differently and if we could learn one thing from each person how wonderful that could be

    So what is your one piece of advice that helped you on this journey??

    a few things that helped me were

    eating clean

    three meals & two snacks (eating every few hours)

    dont deprive your self if you want something have it but just a little bit
    make room in your calorie intake or work out to burn thoes extra cals

    cheat meals not whole cheat days

    water water and water!

    cardio and lifting weights 4-5days a week

    running!

    staying within calories

    not eating after 6pm

    thoes were the things i think are what really helped myself
    i hope they help you as well!
