Hi I'm new here. Wow I see alot of pictures where people look great! I've tried several diets as a lot of people have! However they have all worked but as soon as I stop I gain the weight back.
I gained back all that I had lost over Christmas so I have to get the energy to start again. Anyone with good advice or just looking for more support or a weight loss buddy feel free to add me.
