Not too much, but I was at Disney World over the weekend, ran the 1/2 marathon and then had a bit of caloric indulgence to say the least. But back on the wagon this morning!0 -

I'm looking forward to an awesome workout week. I started off today with some hot Yoga and I finish up week one of the B210K tomorrow. I want to see some serious weight loss this year!I am coming in late, but I just filled my calendar with at least one workout per day. I was down 16 lbs, gained back 8, so I have some catching up to do. I got my workout in this morning by starting the B210K!

Got more serious this week (week 2). I think with the support from MFP I'll continue as my boss had us share our goals for 2012 with everyone, and I chose to share my weight loss goals knowing that it would put added pressure on me to succeed!0 -
2nd Week. After a little bit of a gain I got rid of that then got rid of 4 lbs. Hopefully I can bust out of the 160s by the end of the month. ; )

not sure what is going on, well I do actually, I have had absolutely no motivation for anything this week, not exercising, dieting, even cleaning the house. Hoping to break out of this funk and get going again in the right direction

I am just now starting with MFP because it finally syncs with my fitbit. I know i am a little late getting in on the challenge but i am really excited about getting my weight off.

I didn't weigh in this week, my power was out Thursday and Friday due to a mini ice storm, when power was restored I didn't have intenet till today, and last weekI lent my scale to my daughter in law to weigh her luggage as she and my granddaughter were flying out to Alberta to visit with her family fpr a late Christmas visit. So have I been careful about my eating and exercising? Unfortunately not. I'll still use any excuse, and the aforementioned plus my hubby has been sick (sees the doctor tomorrow finally) has resulted in some stress eating on my part. <sigh>0
