the overall % formula takes into account: BMI reduction, weight reduction, inches, body fat % reduction and weight loss %. In addition, you receive points for exercise minutes, 1 pt. added to the overall % for completing all of the daily challenge and you receive 1 pt. added to the overall % for completing all of the bonus challenge.

Well ladies I see we're all still at it...I've done good...last weeks challenge helped me to lose 1.6lbs and for that I'm feeling really good...
This week started off rough...but I'm on track...well sort of...my eating this week not so great so it may show come weigh-in friday...but the inches keep coming off-so for the bad there is some GOOD!
