    I dont even post my weight on here cuz it goes up and down so much. I dont have a scale at home, just the other day my friend told me I dont weight what the scale at the gym said cuz it was 4 hours into my day, I had already been active, ate and drank. I try not to worry about the number and more how I feel. thanks for the info!

    Best article ever. It's funny, I've learned pretty much all of this in my nutrition class, yet it really didn't hit me until reading this me weighing myself daily was just plain stupid.

    GREAT post!

    2 weeks ago I allowed the scale to upset my entire day. I downplayed the 2 weeks of incredible effort I put into my work-outs and eating plan. After a B>#$ & moan session, I pulled up my big girl pants and am really feeling proud of the last 7 weeks of my efforts.
