    Wow!!! That is amazing and such a short period of time!! Di dyou do it just following MFP and exercising? How often did you exercise? Did you eat back you calories? I am amazed. Good for you!!

    Yes i follow it as far as i can:smile:
    I'm exercising 6 times a week what contains 3-4 days when i do Zumba and 2-3 days when i ride the stationary bike
    sometimes i do some strength training as well :smile:
    I don't eat the whole back, and there are days when i don't eat back any.
