    I'm feeling pretty proud today & a friend told me about this cool phone app to do before and after shots so I decided to share. No i'm not at my goal weight but i'm at my goal size & I couldn't be prouder! My goal now is to shape up for summer wear :-) people ask how I did it well... first off I used to have a sit down job never worked out and constantly was eating terrible foods and alot of it! So I quickly packed on the lbs yr after yr from about 2004 I gained about 100 lbs! Then in march 2011 I changed jobs this one is very physical. I lost 10 lbs in the first 2 months and then found mfp. Mfp taught me portion control and to stay under 1300 calories also that a quick 30 minute walk gave me extra calorie room. Week after week the weight was coming off so I kept going! Was eating right and working out more often and added other exercises. I'm 5'10" and currently@ 183 lbs & size 12 Jeans. I workout about 5 times per week for about an hr plus I work at a very physical job full time I control my eating most of the time and drink plenty of water...
