Goals for January 10:
1. Walking workout--calendar. (2 mile walk) --Yes.
2. Stay in my calorie goal with HEALTHY choices! --No.
3. More liquids--water and tea.--Yes.
Didn't do well on the food front but didn't do really bad, either--just not the best day, food-wise. Produce is getting SO expensive!

Did my 40 Minute brisk Walk

My goals for Wednesday
going to the gym went walking in the neighborhood before the rain
drinking 8 glasses of water or green tea (no coffee) done
no stress eating done...
journaling my food honestly done
paint my nails forgot about this....got to go look at the nail polish colors....hmmm

I really think my fresh flowers on my desk are helping me to not stress eat. I love the smell of roses...when I get stressed, I stop and smell my flowers. I have been following my food journal that my personal trainer wrote up for me. Basically the same food choices day 1 and day 2. My blood sugars are staying level and I havent had that feeling to go down and eat the entire refrigerator. I meet up with him on Friday to see how I am doing. (He has one of those tools that measure your body fat) along with getting the scale weight. I am even starting to sleep better.0 -
My goals for Thursday
Walk around the development during lunch (I enjoy walking around the neighborhood)
Journal everything I eat honestly
Continue to drink 8 glasses of water or green tea (still no coffee)
No stress eating... remember to smell my roses.

Yesterday's goals
I kept within my calories, logged everything and drank 8 glasses of water. But the other two just didn't happen. It was a bad day at work and when I got home I had no energy to go for a walk. Nor was the weather cooperative.
Today's Goals
1 Log everything.
2 Stay within my calories.
3 Drink at least 8 glasses of water.
4 Have a good day at work

Wednesday January 11
1. Water (10-12 glasses)-Done
2. Finish up paper work at work- Almost
3. At least 30 minutes of some form of exercise!!! 15 min of Wii and 15 min marching in place and knee bends at work- Done!
4. Keep up with better eating!- So BLEW this! Once the bad choice hit the day went down hill!
So yesterday was a REALLY bad eating day! One bad choice and I couldn't stop, so Here's to a better eating day!:drinker:

So all of my goals were met yesterday except doing more homework lol=p but I even managed to do the new Jillian Michaels extreme shed and shred when I got home too=] My goals for today are:

I completed 2 of these goals and my son didn't take me up on the shoe offer!

Today felt crazy, but I was able to stay focused and not use food to push down my feelings. We finally put the christmas boxes away, they had been stacked in the upstairs hallway. Tomorrow I go to meet up wit my personal trainer to go over my meal plan. Can't wait to get the official results.0 -

Today was crazy. had to leave work early because the wind pulled down one of my neighbors diseased trees and it broke my fence. Still can't believe that I didn't stress eat. Early on the 12th I got the news that my mother had passed away peacefully in her sleep. She was 86 years old and raised 11 children. She has 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren. She was an amazing woman and I will miss her!
I was okay on Thursday as I had plans but yesterday was a total FAIL! I know she would not want me to give up my healthy lifestyle so I MUST get back on track.

Goals for Saturday January 14th
1. Water (10-12 glasses)- Done
2. Exercise 20 minutes- been doing 15 so will up a little! Ended up mopping and drying floor at work for 20 minutes, was sweating so am counting it as exercise!
3. Paperwork- YEAH! DONE!!!!
4. errands- Done
5. laundry- Done!
6. clean up my office- Done!
Wow! Impressed at all I got accomplished! Last load in dryer! Of course it helps that the husband was actually purging his nic nacs at the same time! Not complaining! Less to dust! :blushing:
So unsure of Sunday plans. I know we will be heading on an overnight road trip, so goals will be simple!

I'm feeling a little shaky today. It's probably hormone overload but it still doesn't feel good.0 -
I am so in on this ~ I need to actually make myself accountable for the things that I "want" to do. I believe if I write them down on a forum I will do them, since I don't like to say things that I won't actually do.
1.) Get the house picked up and my two girls rooms cleaned and organized. Which is a big task at hand in my two year old tornado of a room. I clean it daily and she manages to wreck it right after I do so.
2.) Get outside and take a walk with my girls and my two dogs. It should be fun considering I will have a stroller for the three month old, my eyes on the two year old and walking two large rot/dobie mixes, who like to pull on their leash!
3.) Do the 30 day shred! rarrr...its my sworn enemy, but the only way that I can workout with two little ones and a deployed husband! (if I have time, I will do 20-30 of Pilates as well!)0 -
