Go To Fast Food

So I know that there are times when lack of time may make us go eat fast food.
What is your favorite low calorie fast food?
I'm trying to come up with a list of my go to fast food so I am prepared in this kind of situation.
Thanks!

I'm a big fan of Subway. They have decent options and you can get nutritional information at all locations so you can choose wisely. Though, a word to the wise, never ever do their ranch sauce. SO bad for you.0

i rarely go to fast food, but wendy's chili is pretty great. and chicken nuggets aren't too terrible either.0

I'll get a salad or a wrap if I need to eat fast food! Never fries and pop and I try to stay away from breaded chicken/bacon/etc. Subway is great and makes it easy to make healthy choices!0

Quizno's is another place that has a list of foods with calorie content. Though at my closest one, it's not displayed, you have to ask for the list.0

Totally Subway. I also like Panera, because they have tons of options, all of their nutrition info, and it's high quality ingredients. Also, with Chipotle, if you choose wisely, you can definitely get filling, healthy food.0

Carl's Jr I get either their Charbroiled BBQ chicken sandwich with the bun it is only 390cals and tasts great or as a lettuce wrap for 180cals, that leaves room for a salad or something else to go with it. OR the Gaucamole Turkey Burger lettuce wrap for 280cals. Or of course subway. Also Panda Express has some great low cal options.0

Wendy's small chili is 210 calories. It's soooo good too!0

Chipotle! I always get a bowl or a salad and now they have brown rice!0

Never do their bread either, 2500mg of sodium minimum. I've avoided them for awhile.
I just don't do fast food. if I do, a grilled chicken sandwich of some sort, no fries.0 -
Subway ( if I need a quick dinner) Usually veggie delite or black forrest ham. I love subway because it allows me to add my pickles and peppers.
McDonalds- Salads, yogurt parfait
Usually those are the only fast food places I will go to on treat day.0 -
Subway - Grilled chicken wrap
Mc Donalds - South western grilled chicken salad hold the dressing0 -
I like chicken yakisobi at EDO japan with no sauce!0

if I don't snack too much, I can handle a happy meal once in a while- I love Wendy's baked potatoes too.0

Close to fast food...pick 2 from Panera Bread...yum!0

Taco Bell is not bad if you order it "Fresco style." There are several not-to-bad burgers out there. I usually just punch in whatever restaurant I'm at and check what's low cal before ordering.0

Subway, Panera Bread, and a local grocery store that sells sushi!0

Chipotle! I always get a bowl or a salad and now they have brown rice!
This!!!
But get it without the cheese and sour cream! And definitely stay away from the chips, even though they are mega good.0 -
Chipotle salads and Subway (yeah, I know about the sodium content). Worse case scenario, salads are decent at McDonalds.0

I absolutely LOVE Jack in the Box's chicken fajita pita! Well-seasoned chicken, grilled onions and peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, and just enough cheese to taste it on a whole wheat pita. Only 318 calories!!! In fact, now I am craving one :-)
More tasty than any chicken sammy I have had anywhere else with less "bun" calories to deal with. Enjoy!0 -
taco bell tacos - 200 calories each - get 2 and that's dinner!
chick-fil-a - chargrilled chicken sandwich (no top bun), lowfat mayo packet & fruit - less than 500 calories!0 -
Chipotle is my favorite, but when I find McDonald's the only option, I get one of their salads with grilled chicken. I like Subway too.0
-
Burger King has a Veggie Burger! With no mayo is 330 calories0

Our town doesn't have a huge selection of fast food places (Mcdonalds, Subway, Wendys, a&w, KFC, and Quiznos) and our family never HAS to go for fast food, but if we decide too I usually choose Subway or a grilled chicken from Wendys. I don't eat anything from McDonalds, Quiznos or KFC. Gross.
If we are really out of time we generally decide to go to a grocery store and pick up a rotisserie chicken. It takes the same amount of time, and it is far healthier.0 -
Mad Mex is my personal favourite fast food - good low cal/carb/fat options and calorie counts readily available.
Also, a felafel roll is a good take-away food option.0 -
Maoz. It's a vegetarian fast food place. I like the salad box loaded with toppings and a carrot juice. I stayed away for a long time thinking it couldn't be filling. I was wrong.0

Grilled chicken strips at Jack in the Box.0

Flame Broiler. (Not sure if they're just an L.A. chain or bigger.) They do bowls with rice, veggies, chicken, or any combination of two. Brown rice and all white meat chicken is delicious and nutritious!0
-
Wendy's chili and a side salad is my go-to fast food.
Also, Jimmy John's Beach Club no cheese, no mayo is good, but definitely not as filling.0 -
I like getting a grilled chicken breast, green beans and mashed potatoes from KFC.
365 cal/23g carbs/11g fat/43g protein
A little high on the sodium but I don't worry about that too often because I drink absurd amounts of water haha.0
