    doughnut
  • An entire box of cereal...in 30 minutes.

how can you even do that? that is amazing.
  • I ate a box of cookies and two slices of cheesecake the other day .. and was horribly sick the next day. Guess the diet Gods punished me for that decision. But its seriously not the end of the world. Lots of water and back in the saddle the next day. If one expects to take this journey without a single bump, then they're totally wrong.
  • Bread. I know wholemeal is good for you but not 4 slices :embarassed:

We do takeout once a month to celebrate monthly sobriety marks for my husband. Those nights I eat whatever I want. I'll do my best to track the calories...but sometimes you just need to indulge and enjoy yourself. My takeout of choice is Thai food, love getting tofu and vegetables in a peanut sauce, coconut rice, and scallion pancakes.

years ago, when i would try to lose weight in all the wrong ways and my heart/head wasnt really in it, I sat in McDonalds parking lot eating breakfast, got out of my car and walked into Curves (fitness) next door. hahaha. No wonder i was fat.

This time around, i cheat, but i know i am cheating. i dont turn my head the other way and try to forget what i did, i hold myself accountable and only go over when i plan to do so, instead of full on binges.

That being said, last night i had spaghetti, skipped the salad because i was too full, ate my garlic bread, and had chocolate cream pie for dessert. I feel bloated and yucky today for doing so though!

    :)

Yesterday, I went for a four mile walk. And then had Burger King right after. I felt awful.

My worst, is those frozen cream pies, Edy's brand. I've eaten half in a sitting before. I just can't let myself buy them!

For me its the snacks that we have around the house for our daughters. Like the goldfish crackers. They are sooo tiny that before you know it, half the bag is gone. I also have an issue w/ the "snack cake" type of things. No one said this was going to be easy.

LOL! Sounds like something I would do. My downfall would a fountain Coke from a particular gas station in town. They taste so good!

I had some left over Christmas candy yesterday. Two hershey kisses, a mini reese's cup, and few chocolate covered raisins. I don't feel bad about it though. I still came in under my calorie allotment, and I no longer crave chocolate.
  • Several different times I ate a pint of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream in one setting. Once I ate a half a package of Oreo's just after coming in from a workour and then passed out. Thankfully I woke up. When I did, I realized that I had to stop doing things that way.

I cheated huge this weekend, had McDonald's twice and feel horrible about it. But I am no longer asking my fiance to call me if he's grabbing food on the way home. Oh damn, and I also had Pizza Nova, I really need to stop thinking about what I ate this weekend...

I don't really consider this a "diet". I'm just trying to eat healthier foods and exercise to lose some weight. I've had some chocolates over the weekend and a couple of gin and tonics. I think to deny yourself "treats" is the wrong way to go about this. Everything in moderation!

Frosted Flakes is really yummy and the 3/4c serving isn't nearly enough. I can relate :)
