great receipe but one problem with me my blood pressure is a bit high not a good meal for me since it has lots of SODIUM and probably tons of MSG ( spices and sauce )0

The Produce Manager at my local grocery store let me know I can grow bean sprouts right from home!! I just googled "bean sprouts from home" and found that most people use mung beans but pinto beans can be used as well!!0

went to my favorite little vietnam store today and picked up some of the noodles(haven't had them in forever) and some bean sprouts. will probably be lunch or dinner tomorrow! thanks!0

i am dying to try this so went to get the ingredients for it. the lady at the oriental market said they didnt have kimchee base but gave me a powder in a bag that translates to powdered pickles base......is this going to work????0

i made this and it was amazing but used a little different stuff cause i couldnt find everything you had....when i went to log it, it came out way higher than 169 calories. the bean sprouts alone were way higher????why is this????0

Sounds delicious!!The only problem for me would be the "3 tsp. of Chicken base". I would swell up like a blimp with all the sodium. May try to use a reduced sodium chicken stock in stead and give it a try!!0
