Where do I find this program? Should I have to pay for C25K? The one I found wants like 19.99. has this program worked for anyone?

    Love it! I still do it sometimes when I need some variety in my running. Except now I jog the walking parts and sprint/run the jogging parts.

    It's a great program and it works!

    I am shocked that it's gotten me this far - today was a two mile jog - didn't think I could do it but I did (took me longer than the 20 minutes but I did it!!)

    I finished it beginning of May and the run parts were a jog. I'm attempting to do the walk parts as jog and actually run the run parts.

    The program really helped me get back on track even though I have severe asthma. It is great. I am continouing on with at program at runnersworld.com to do a 1/2 marathon.
