30 day shred questions?

So, I'm looking into getting the 30 day shred since I have read wonderful things about it here. I had a few questions though:
How long is each workout and what do they typically consist of?
Can I do this in a slightly cramped living room? Picture my living room the size of a dorm room and just as messy. Is it possible??

If anyone had any progress pictures to motivate me that would be helpful as well.

  • They're 20 minutes each and consist of strength (weight-lifting), cardio (a lot of jumping jacks and stuff like that), and abs (different variations on crunches). As long as you can fit a yoga mat you should be fine. Good luck!

    So, I need a yoga mat? Ok. Awesome. Is it 20 mins per day? 7 days a week? Is it explained really well in the video how to do it?

    also, you mentioned weightlifting- do i need weights?
  • The first level is on youtube I just watched it to see what it was like. Yes there are small weights in it.
  • Yes you need a yoga mat and weights (preferably 3lb, I think that's what she recommends). And you can do it as often as you want, some people do it 7 days a week, I usually do it 5 days a week.
  • You only need a yoga mat if you have hard floors. I don't use one since my living room is carpeted.
