30 day shred questions?

So, I'm looking into getting the 30 day shred since I have read wonderful things about it here. I had a few questions though:
How long is each workout and what do they typically consist of?
Can I do this in a slightly cramped living room? Picture my living room the size of a dorm room and just as messy. Is it possible??
If anyone had any progress pictures to motivate me that would be helpful as well.

They're 20 minutes each and consist of strength (weight-lifting), cardio (a lot of jumping jacks and stuff like that), and abs (different variations on crunches). As long as you can fit a yoga mat you should be fine. Good luck!0

So, I need a yoga mat? Ok. Awesome. Is it 20 mins per day? 7 days a week? Is it explained really well in the video how to do it?0

The first level is on youtube I just watched it to see what it was like. Yes there are small weights in it.0

Yes you need a yoga mat and weights (preferably 3lb, I think that's what she recommends). And you can do it as often as you want, some people do it 7 days a week, I usually do it 5 days a week.0

You only need a yoga mat if you have hard floors. I don't use one since my living room is carpeted.0
