    I am making this tonite but I am using an actual lassgna noodle cause the sodium seems high for me with the won ton wrappers. I'm not sure if I should use cupcake liners or not? Think I'm just gonna spray the tin real good. Wish me luck. :happy:

    Mine turned out to be 195 calories each and only 238 sodium with the noodles, and 145 calories each with 330 sodium with the won tons.

    Okay edit.......I'm gonna make 6 with the wontons and 6 with the noodles to see how they come out and which way we like better.

    Tried this for dinner but used 2 Johnsville Chicken Italian Three cheese sauages. I also added onions and mushrooms. They were very good and a big hit with my family. Thanks for sharing!

    Well we actually liked them both, but the wontons worked a little better in the cupcake pan. I tried a new light spaghetti sauce and it was just okay. So next time I'm using my favorite sauce and I think the wontons!!!
