(7) Salsa and Franks Red Hot... I put that *kitten* on EVERYTHING.

10. Carrots/celery for low calorie crunchy snack
9. Dry cranberries and slivered almonds to throw in my salad -delicious with Asian sesame dressing
8. Rice cakes - for evening salty snacks while watching a movie
7. Cottage cheese - good for you and yummy on toast, fruit or celery
6. Clementines - my go to fruit at the moment
5. Special k almonds and peanut bars - delicious sweet snack
4. Yogurts - any type, also satisfies the sweet cravings
3. Raisin bran cereal - crunchy and sweet
2. Turkey bacon - I eat two slices with a scrambled egg for breakfast a few times a week or in a sandwich for a BLT - yum

7. Strawberries or fruit bowl (when I worry about them spoiling I portion out and freeze)
6. Jolly Time 100 Calorie Low Sodium Microwave Popcorn. I've gotten so used to it I bought OR this week and my fingers are all puffy.
5. Apples (personal faves are Gala, Rome and Golden Delicious)
