I love mustard, so I mix it with that and pickle relish....and crushed saltines on top.0

I mix it with stone ground mustard (waaaay fewer calories than any kind of mayo) and some celery and either eat it on a sandwich thin or over spinach. One of my favorite lunches!0

I used EVOO, Clover Honey, Garlic, and Spicy Brown Mustard for a healthy, mayo-less dressing. Deff delicious!! Mix and maybe include onions and peppers and you're good to go!0

In a bowl with a can of sweetcorn, sounds boring but it's not too bad0

I make a mean tuna salad:
1 can tuna
2 diced fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup diced cucumber (without peel)
1/2 an avocado diced
1 spring onion/diced red onion
1oz feta cheese
Salt
Black pepper
Mmmmmm it's heaven!0 -
I get my tuna into a bowl. Add about half a chopped red onion, a decent pinch of pepper and a splash of balsamic. Capers if you have them. Then spoon it onto some lovely thick full grain toast (if carbs are your thing) and enjoy!0

Well, to make it the least fat.....I mix it with dill relish and a small amount of mustard....pretty good.

I'm glad that I am not the only one who likes mustard instead of mayo in my tuna.
If you are trying to make a healthy dinner, take 1 can tuna, mix with 1 can black beans, 1 diced tomato (fresh), 1/4 chopped onion, and 1/4 c. chopped almonds, and 1/4 c. cilantro. Take 1/3 of it and put on a spring greens mix.0 -
I like it on top of sliced tomatoes with lemon pepper and low fat blue cheese dressing0

Nothing. The levels of mercury and BPA are way too high for me to consider eating it.0
