    I just had back surgery and quit smoking and I have gained.. but you give me courage to keep reading and do what I know to do!! I can't wait till i am no longer overweight

    Wow brill!! u should be very proud!! I too cant wait to get out of the "obese" category!!..reading these posts keeps me motivated and away from the biscuit tin! I find it hard to stay on track but fingers crossed I can stick it out!! xx

    That is so awesome! Congrats! that's my big milestone I'm working on! I think I have been obese my whole life. Never thought you would be so excited to be overweight huh! LOL

    I look forward to that day! CONGRATS on getting there!! I'll stick in the over weight though when I get there cause the BMI doesn't tak into account that I have almost 20 lbs on my chest that doesn't go away with weight loss:(
