Down 4 lbs this month so far! Hooooooooooot! It looks like Mr. Scale is cooperating with many of us right now. For me what worked is.......going back to work! lol I teach and the structure of a school day keeps me from snacking! I only had time for a couple of workouts though....oh well, new goal for next week!

First time posting...trying to get the baby weight off (plus some) nearly 4 years later. I lost 30 lbs last year, but gained almost all of it back. Better late than never to get it off once and for all!!

Another week of no change. Still stuck at 165. I guess it's good that I'm not gaining atleast but I'm stuck. Got to get my butt in gear and start moving back down on the scale again.
