I LOVE doing this with my canned tuna:
Add:
1 Tbsp of Low-Fat Mayo with Olive Oil
Small handful of Sunflower Kernels (Unsalted)
1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
Mix it all together and eat with about 10 Sea Salt Pita Chips (Trader Joe's), eat it by itself OR eat on a piece of toasted multigrain bread.
Great snack or meal!0 -
I just mix it with some spices and low fat sour cream, or just plain ol' mustard and just eat it with a fork0

From my favorite chef Michael Smith (also the head chef for the 2010 Winter Olympics)
In a bowl;
1 can tuna
splash or your best olive oil
tbsp Dijon mustard
finely chopped onions (whatever you have on hand)
finely chopped celery
small splash of lime juice (about a teaspoon or to taste)
season with salt and pepper (i use kosher salt and fresh ground pepper)
Enjoy in a sandwich or wrap with your choice of lettuce.
(when i got some in the cupboard I also throw a few plain potato chips on the sandwich.... sooooo good)0
