    Try a new healthy recipe out! Great places to find them would be skinnytaste.com or hungrygirl.com - DONE? Maybe I made lasagna, beef stew and mac and cheese all from scratch. I don't know if they are considered healthy cause of the cheese and red meet though.

    Things from scratch are much healthier! So you can definitely count that. Plus, meat and cheese have lots of good stuff on them and they really aren't unhealthy if the portions are reasonable.

    Alright, so I guess all I have left is 75 crunches. I'll get on that asap and I will get them done by the end of the day.
    My new physical activity sucked. I tried about 5 different dance workout videos and I just couldn't get into them! So I ended up trying out the exercise bike. I hated it.
    For my new recipe, I tried smashed lentils with egg. It was pretty good :)

    ---I tried TRX type push ups. Holy cow were they hard!! But it was a lot of fun being suspended and whatnot. Definitely worth checking out again!
