Do you alternate between strength and hypertrophy training? Also why cardio on a bulk?

yeah strength and hypertrophy with alternating intervals of 1 / 2 months..i do cardio because i like..and because i want to stay in shape in cardiac..

but especially to do something in off day..

lol personally i dont' like my delts because i thinks is one o f my weak points
