    1. Bullet blender - smoothies every morning for breakfast
    2. Food scale - just bought this last week - amazed to find how inaccurate my guesses have been
    3. Droid X smartphone - access to MFP anywhere I can get a cell signal, helps with food choices when I have to dine out, GPS apps to track my runs and walks
    4. Cookbooks - Appetite for Reduction, Quick Fix Vegan, Big Vegan, and (free online blog) Fat Free Vegan Kitchen - this process is so much more enjoyable when you eat fantastic, flavorful, healthful food!
    5. Britta pitchers for the fridge at home and desk at work
    6. Tupperware to take leftovers for lunches

Crockpot: easy way to get veggies. Also, having food ready when you come home prevents ordering in.

Food scale: never really knew what a portion looked liked before.

Sodastream machine: I love drinking bubbly water and it has no calories; much better for the environment and my wallet than buying the bottles. Because it's there, I drink more water.

Yes, the 10 tools for the tool box. :drinker:

    1. Food Scale.
    2. Accurate bathroom scale.
    3. EA Sports Active: Personal Trainer for Wii. It's like have a 24Hour Fitness trainer at home...and works ya just as hard.
    4. Foreman Grill.
    5. Commercial grade non-stick skillet
    6. MacGourmet software for collecting recipes and calculating nutritional data
    7. iPhone-to track my MFP diary from anywhere I am at AND to use apps to find colarie counts and nearby healthy restaurant choices.
    8. Two Tea pitchers. Keeps tea in the fridge for me at all times.
    9. Smaller pants. Nothing motivates/helps me more than to buy a size smaller in pants than before.
    10. iPod shuffle-great for workouts

    1. My dog - although that was more of an "adoption" than a purchase. She's my best workout buddy and never lets me slack off!
    2. My gym (treadmill, recumbent bike, Bowflex, Endless Pool), HRM, food scale - all tied for 2nd after the dog!!

Without a doubt I'd say my FitBit and my Withings Scale. Fortunately I received my treadmill and digital food scale as gifts, but I couldn't do this without them either!!!
