    I have trouble getting enough water while I'm at work. But I can usually manage to drink at lease two full bottles of water. I have a Bobble water bottle so I don't have to waste money on buying it bottled and can fill it with water from just about anyway like the bathroom sink since it has a filter. I love my bobble it's really convenient. Every time I walk by it I take a drink, it seems to help. I carry it with me everywhere when I'm at home.

    I use the water enhancer mio, its pretty good taste sweet like koolade but 0 calories! it helps me drink a lot more water than I used to.

    Carry a bottle around with you e.g. at work and sip small amounts throughout the day

    Drink a glass before you eat

    Have it with a little bit of lemon or honey if that makes it easier
