Cool - so my challenge for the week is this:
For 6 days of the next week you should have NO BOOZE! I will allow one day to partake, but no more
For those who don't drink, the challenge for 6 days of the next week - try to burn at least 5x your body weight (lbs) in calories.
Eg. a 150lb person needs to burn at least 750 cals for 6 days of the next 7Once again, you have one day off.
As I set the challenge this week (and do consume alcohol) - I will do both formats and abstain from alcohol for at least 6 days of the week and burn at least 1192.5 Cals each day. My diary is public, so please feel free to keep check on me
As I posted my weekly challenge on Tues 17th, it seems fair that it runs from Weds 18th until tomorrow (Tue 24th) inclusive. I will post my results tomorrow night but I think its looking like a pass for me, for the week0 -

Hello all, I am weighing in from my hotel room in Las Vegas -- the den of iniquity where it is impossible to 1) be on a diet, and 2) not have alcohol. So I confess I did not stick with the 'no booze' part of the challenge. However, the mere fact that I logged my food, and am weighing in makes me feel very self-righteous(!). 2lbs in Vegas is like 5lbs in the 'real world!'
IT's great to see how many others are being consistent and dropping weight over the month.
