LETS REALLY PUSH OURSELVES THIS WEEK! EXERCISE THE MOST! EAT LESS, WORKOUT MORE! DRINK MORE WATER!

Well, I started this challenge at 246. I haven't been marking my weight, but as of today Jan. 22, I am at 231. I'm doing this with cardio and The 17 day diet. The doctor who wrote the book said if you followed this, the weight would fall off. He wasn't kidding. It's been easy for me to do and I really am starting to enjoy going to the gym. Yeah, that's a big surprise to me too. So, I guess next week is the last week of this challenge? Good luck everyone.0
