  • 250lbs, If your a failure we are all doomed! lol, thats insightful, I like what you say, I like the philophosy of ''we all have walls to climb on our course to the finish line, as long as we dont go around them and climb over no matter how long it takes we are all winners'' keep up doing what your doing :)

    What an amazing post! Way to go on your loss, and I totally get the work out dvd thing, I do it to... but I figure 20 min of working out, is better than NONE... keep it up!

    I love this post! It eloquently expresses what we all need to learn. Losing weight is about knowing how to FAIL, not how to succeed.

    I graduated from high school at nearly 300 lbs. I failed my way down to 225 lbs. I lost, I gained, I ate too much, too little, I exercised, I quit exercising, I stagnated, I pigged out, I binged. But I never gave up. And even after 2 years of plateauing, I'm still not giving up.
