Blueberry Protein Pancakes!

This is my first attempt at making protein pancakes so any suggestions would be appreciated!

1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 tablespoon flax seed
1/4 cup egg whites
2 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup blueberries

Mix all together and cook on medium heat non- stick pan and enjoy!

Only 227 calories and 34 grams of protein :)

    Hi there. Have another recipe with very little cals in, hubby loves them so can't b too bad lol.

    1 egg
    1 tblspn psyllium husks
    3 tblspns water
    1 tspn xylitol (or stevia, or sweetener)

    Mix the egg and water
    Add sweetener and husks until mixed together

    This will swell as u get stove ready. Found leaving a few minutes ok but after that gets thick and adding water didnt help
    As it didn't cook properly after that.

    Have made it in batches of 2 eggs ( rest of ingredients multiplied) and been ok. I use 3 small cheapie frying pans at once and all cooked at once. Can mix another batch whilst their cooking.

    I mix some low fat ricotta cheese with bit of milk to make pouring sauce or thicker if like. Add half chopped banana and some berries - yummo! Any topping you prefer, mayb stewed strawberries. Can make for snacks also to take with you. Have heated briefly in microwave and been ok.
