My first goal weight is 165lbs, that may seem like a lot to some but it seems like it's forever away.0

I'm just over 5'8" (by about half an inch). My goal is 145 lbs, but I also have a round face and a bit of a thicker build in general, so I don't think I could pull off anything less than 135 lbs without looking ill.0

My goal started at 170,now I adjusted to 165. I am 5'8". I started this at 204. I am down to about 170-173. I made it to 168 and the holidays came and I put on a few pounds . So I am back at it again, doing P90X and I just ordered Insanity, just the 1 DVD. If I like it maybe the set. But I do run, except its cold in Chicago right now so I need something High in Cardio for in the house. Besides sex with the wife.LOL0

I am 5'9 and my sw was 215 that was even before MFP. My cw is 166.2 and gw is 135.0

190 but will reevaluate when I get there0

I'm 5'7 -medium build I guess... although I have pretty tiny wrists and ankles but huge thighs.
My SW was 204, I'm 150 now and no where NEAR happy with my body. SO much flubber going on it really isn't cute or acceptable. I think most people would agree looking at me that I have a ways to go. My first goal weight was 150- but now I'm thinking 130, if necessary 120 (lowest I can/will go- still within healthy BMI) I'm still like a size 10 and I'd like to be more like a 5/6. If I drop to 120 or so I'd be fine with packing on 10-15 pounds of muscle. The scale number isn't as important as just not being so jiggly, squishy and fat.0 -
I'm 5'7" and my first goal is 160 to be at top of "healthy" range...
eventually 135-140 is where i feel good0 -
I'm 5'8" - I started about 180 and my current weight is 136 (22.5%bf).
Goal is 20% bodyfat not sure what my weight will be.
You're an insperation to me. I'm 5'8 and started at 182. My goal weight is 145. Thanks for posting.0 -
I'm 5' 8” and my goal weight is 150. My body probably can't handle any smaller then that. I love having curves, I wouldn't want to be too thin. I have 40 pounds to go!!0

I'm 5'9, my goal weight is 140 (only 1.6 lbs left to go!!!!) But more importantly I want to get my body fat below 20%, I'm getting pretty close, but now that I've lost the excess fat I want to tone up and build more muscle. I realize that this will probably increase my weight, so once I get that last little bit off I'm going to focus on my measurements and body fat. Right now my body fat is 21.7%. It feel amazing to be so close to both of my health goals. Good luck everyone0

im 5ft 9 and a bit, i am a natural pear shape, however have breast implants to create an hourglass.
i weigh 234 now, aiming for 172, have a large frame, aiming for ultimate curves really, rather than skinny.
will see how i feel as i lose weight, my goal clothes size is a uk 12-14 which is a US 8-10 i believe.

I'm 5'9" and my goal weight is 130. I'm 149 as of today.0

I'm 5'10 and my goal weight is 154. I weighed 147 before I had my baby and it seemed a little too skinny. At 154 at my height my BMI would be just below the halfway point of a healthy BMI. Why 154 exactly? It would mark -50lbs! I'm 167 the last time I checked so a little more to go!0

My goal is 145-150, lighter than I have ever been in my adult life.0
