    Had a 3+ week plateau that I think was because my calorie goals were set too low on MFP. Am upping them this week to see if the scale changes.

    UGW- 140ish? I'm not sure if I will decide to go this low. I think I looked OK at 170ish but that was still overweight for me. I'm worried if I do get to 140 I will look sick and way too skinny. But I don't recall ever being that weight, maybe i'm just too used to being fat to see it. Well see.
    Basically once I hit 160 well go from there and I'll stop when I feel at my best! (:
