Started losing in May of 2011. Had some ups and downs. Joined MFP in the summer, went down to 192 doing the shred, gained back to 200 during the end of the summer doing stuff with the kids and not working out. Since September 2011 I am down to 180.0 -

I am 5'3''...I feel like 130lbs is a reasonable and healthy goal weight! I weighed 130 lbs at my 18th birthday...and 5 years later here I am!
Clearly this is harder than I thought! As easy as it sounds to make diet and exercise changes....I am struggling! I can do it! I need some motivation to kick me in the butt!!0 -
