Super Yummy and Super Nutritious:
1. 1/2 cup frozen berry blend (they have these at Target, Trader Joes, Whole Foods) includes blueberries, rasberries, and blackberries, some also have strawberries. Gives me antioxidants
2. 1 cup water
3. 1 scoop Amazing Grass Green Superfood Chocolate Powder (full of great stuff and I like the taste)
4. 1/2 banana (not the whole banana to avoid too much sugar)
5. 1/4 scoop Jay Robb Protein powder chocolate
Blend and Enjoy!

1 banana
1/2 orange
2 strawberries
1 slice pineapple
handful of spinach
- all the fruit hides the spinach taste so it tastes very good!0 -
My fav is a scoop of vanilla whey protein, 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries, 1 container lite berry yogurt and just enough milk to thin it out (otherwise it is almost as thick as ice cream)
BTW I hope you don't mind... I'm stealing the recipies everyone is posting for you... lol
Good luck on your journey0 -

My favorite smoothie recipe is one that I call "Nutty Green Monster"
1/2 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
3 oz banana
60 grams frozen strawberries
1.5 oz fresh spinach
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
Place all everything in a blender and blend until smooth. You won't taste the spinach because the fruit over powers the taste of it.0 -
Milk of choice (I use soy or almond), canned pure pumpkin, pure vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, 1/2 a frozen banana and 2 big handfuls of spinach (can't taste it don't worry and it makes it a beautiful green color!) This tastes like Pumpkin Pie!
That sounds amazing, and I have some leftover canned pumpkin in my fridge as we speak ... guess I know what I'm having!
