    SW: 230
    CW: 178
    GW: 125
    Height: 5'4

    I started back in April 2009 but some things happened later that year, and well, everything fell apart. I'm hoping 2012 is a new beginning! :) I would like to be at my CW by December 7, my 26th birthday! Even if it doesn't happen, I'll be happy if I'm a little near it.

    My starting weight (January 13th 2012) :168 lb
    My current weight: 160 lb
    My goal: 150 lb

    Though, I may change my goal to 145 once I reach 150.

    And, I'm 23 years old; female and 5'7 1/2.

    Heh my weight journey is interesting. Going from 135 to 205 @ 5'9 in 3 years because I hated being skinny. Bulked up and now I'm on a cut for summer. I truely don't have a goal weight but it's based on BF%.

    SW: 205
    CW: 197
    GW: 175 (or 10%BF)

    On my 30th day of the cut with 60 days left :smile:

    I'm 5'4".

    My highest weight was 203lbs. When I got serious about weight loss (April 2010), I was right around 177-180lbs. My goal weight was 150lbs. I met that in Sept 2010. In May 2011, I dropped a few more pounds and my average weight is right around 145lbs. I've decided I'm happy at this weight and this is where I'm going to stay. :)

    i'm about 151lbs right now, 5'4'' and i'd like to make it to 135lbs and see how i feel at that weight. potentially 125lbs but no lower than that.

    (I actually got down to 149 w/ MFP, but then went back on antidepressants, and gained back 32 lbs. This is rouind 2)

    I don't have a goal weight, but a weight range; 75kg min - 80kg max. Quite a large range, but it works for me!

    I am 5'4. I started at 168 and I am currently at 153. 8 more pounds to go. My goal weight is 145. Don't wanna be TOO twiggy! Unfortunately, these last 8 lbs are a little tough to get off. :sad:
