i'm about 151lbs right now, 5'4'' and i'd like to make it to 135lbs and see how i feel at that weight. potentially 125lbs but no lower than that.0

I don't have a goal weight, but a weight range; 75kg min - 80kg max. Quite a large range, but it works for me!0

I am 5'4. I started at 168 and I am currently at 153. 8 more pounds to go. My goal weight is 145. Don't wanna be TOO twiggy! Unfortunately, these last 8 lbs are a little tough to get off. :sad:0

I'm 5 foot 6, or 165cm, and since I've never been 65kg in my adult life, I'm not sure if that's going to remain my goal weight. I might lower it to 60kg, see how I feel when I get there - hopefully by october 10th, my one year MFP anniversary!0 -

I'm 5'6" and 38 years old. The lowest weight I've ever been that I can remember was 159 pounds and that was a few months after I graduated high school, but I didn't stay there for long before it crept back up. I have this weird fear that my body just won't cooperate and get to my goal. :laugh: When I hit 145 (hopefully), I'll probably reevaluate my goals at that point.0 -
