If you lose weight, your but will get smaller.

No need to worry, it's awesomeness is a matter of proportionality .

Squats. Honnestly, it works. I've lost around my hips, but my butt just got higher and firmer. My boyfriend, and I, love it.

    hahahahaha

You wont lose it by much. You will make it nice and tone. Just make sure you work out your butt specifically and work them out hard

  • Spend a good deal of time on tip-toes. That's my secret. I'm a quarter-inch shy of 5 feet, so I'm on my tip-toes most of the time anyway, in this big-people world. I'm convinced merchandisers follow me around to see what I buy so they can put all MY favorite things on the top shelf.....just to mess with shorty. My DH compliments my butt....I've always had a nice butt, I'm sure my shortness and that tip-toe thing contributes something. The rest of me needs a work, though.........but that's why we're here, right?
  • Nope! I still have a big butt, and love it. It just gets lifted up and looks even more awesome.

Squats and lunges are great for keeping and firming up your big booty.

you may loose fat an ur *kitten* but if u work it properly you will like it ALOT more!!! it will have alot more curve and be firmer...

e.g. when working legs always do full range of motion.. "*kitten* to the grass" when doing squats... im 6'2 n when i do squats i almost hit the bottom of the squat rack n i deff feel it in my *kitten*.. lunges.. always make sure you tap ur knee on the floor if u dont, dont count it.. also "modified" lunges are great one foot on the bench n then do them...

my wifey went from mm very small butt to a VERY nice one! just with proper training!

He is rite, it actually give more definition and curvature, in contrast to diet without exercise it may sag and become flat.

Yeah, you probably will. My wife always like my hindquarters, and complains all the time about me losing it.

On the other hand, she is getting a lot happier with my pecs, so I think it balances out.

work ur legs with full ROM!!! u dont wanna end up looking like a upside down christmas tree that everyone makes fun of at the gym! n theres nothing worse when u have a big upper back and then its streight down to ur legs as u got 0% *kitten* curveture! lol

ps. as the previous girl mentioned i forgot to add too.. if you JUST diet without lifting your *kitten* will sag and alot of other places will too!!! alot of ppl dont understand how important weight training is to your metabolism, fat burning capabilities, phsyique, strenght and aesthetics!
