    As a lot of people have already said, squats are the #1 thing you can do to get a curvier butt.
    I've also found that uphill sprints (make sure to strike on the ball of your foot) work your butt a fair amount.

    Just started using the Butt Bible videos- I rented Levels 1 & 2 from Amazon (downloaded to my computer). Level one didn't do much for me, but level 2 is definitely challenging. If you can tolerate the non-stop chatter from the instructor, it might be worth a try. Haven't used it long enough to see results, but my butt sure hurts today! But it's a good kind of hurt. :happy:

    I'm currently downloading Brazilian Butt lift, my last copy someone gave me was in spanish so I was kind of lost. I am also downloading JM's Killer Buns and Thighs. I just got back into her 30DS and almost died, haven't done it since august.

    I've heard great things about the BBL, and JM's buns and thighs.
