Yo! 3 weeks in and lost 7lbs, want some more friends for mot

Hi everyone,

Hope you are all well :) Well I'm into my 3rd week of healthy living and so far I have lost 7lbs. Still got a way to go but I am really pleased so far. I used to binge on up to 6 packs of crisps a day, eat unhealthy fatty/dairy based foods a lot although I did cook with fresh ingredients my portion sizes were too big.

Now I am going to the gym/swimming/doing Davina mccall/Gillian Michaels dvds 45 times a week and eating way more healthily. My food diary is open and I would like some more friends to tell me what I can do better, to encourage me, and for me to take inspiration from.

Anyone interested? :)
