Hey, that is pretty much my ultimate goal, between 70-80lbs. Right now I weigh 232lbs, am 36 and 5'6. I have set a small term goal of losing 30lbs, I am doing great on the exercising and getting to the gym, but am struggling on the food part. I have done a great job so far then what i have been doing only a couple of weeks ago, but I don't like to cook so it makes it hard for me to make sure i good healthy food is made. I am determined and will make it happen. Good luck everyone with your goals, I know you can do it.0

I am trying to stary with little goals FIRST! Ultimately, I just want to wear a size 10 so wherever the scale lands is fine with me. I just attended a class that the woman lost 275# and it was at Whole Foods. She actually became a vegetarian, but the lady and her mentor, who is also a vegetarian had some advice. Whatever you are doing to lose weight, there are three things that are a must.
1. Get off of all soda. Diet is the worst she said.
2. Get away from processed foods. Don't eat anything that your grandmother wouldn't recognize. ha
3. Move !!!0 -

I've lost over a 100 and kept it off for years now. I still have about 25 to my goal wait and like 20 more after that if I want to go by the books which I'm not really interested in doing. I def don't have all the answers, but I've learned a lot over the years.0

I'm 5'2 and I am starting off at 194 my ultimate goal is to get down to 120(so 74 lbs), but I'm going to set my goal at 10/15 lbs at a time, because sometimes the big picture can be overwhelming. me, I keep having nightmares along whith anxiety attacks, after i saw the scale tip the heavest i have ever seen! i keep toying back and forth with disapline and motivation. this needs to stop. i am 49, i weigh between 192 w/o clothes and 199 with...ouch!!! i a going crazy with these numbers!0
