Try the Nature's Own 100% Whole Grain. It's 50 cals per slice. I believe they also offer a version that's 70 cals per slice- both are good. Also agree with a previous poster- the sandwich thins are delicious!

I buy a rye bread from Save On Foods that's 110 calories for two slices. If not the weight watchers is decent or the Bodywise by Dempster's is 50 cals/slice, can't remember the stats for the weight watchers one though.

Thomas has Bagel thins that are 100 calories per bagel. Also, try sprouted bread it can be found at Trader Joes, Healthy Home Market, Earthfare, or any healthy food market in your area. Happy searching!

Ezekiel bread has sprouted multi-grain bread. It is not made with flour (but is not gluten free.) It is 80 calories per slice. There is even a raisin bread for 80 calories. It is made from organic grains. You can check it out on line. Just google "Ezekiel bread."
