In my opinion, that may be a bit too much. Much, of course depends on your body frame, and how you are feeling.

My goal is 120lbs and I'd like to see that by the end of May, beginning of May would be better bc that's vacation

I'd like to get down to 150. That's still technically overweight for my height, but my boobs actually weigh 14 pounds all by themselves, so any thinner than that and I start to look like a carnival sideshow and women are mean to me.0

I'm fluctuating between 229-230 because of a plateau I'm currently facing for a week now and cannot seem to get out of. My goal is to be 150 this year. I'm 5'6" and started my weight loss journey in November of 2011 at 251.
Any advice to getting out of a plateau will be helpful.0 -
