Morning Ladies. :flowerforyou: Just checking in. Last night things went down hill for me... I got back from my work out starving... and had nooooo will power... although nothing I ate was 'bad' I ate too much... way too much... :grumble: I'm not sure why I can't seem to get going... I just need to take it one day at a time... :ohwell:0

Good Morning everyone!!! I hope you all have a good and/or better day! Last week I cut out a phrase from a mag... "IS IT REALLY WORTH IT" I taped it on the fridge and it is now my 'header' on my cell phone! It's working... :bigsmile:
I hear you can burn calories while laughing... :laugh: so, for a good laugh and some calorie burn... go see the movie THE HANGOVER and bring some chilled/shelled edamame and a bottle of water... I think I laughed the ENTIRE movie... might be the funniest one I have seen so far... I'm turning the big 4-0 tomorrow.. :ohwell: .so I have alot of movies to compare it to!

My boyfriend and I went to see that this weekend, and I agree... FUNNY!!! We also went to Whole Foods before and got healthy snacks. Spicy pumpkin seeds and flavored water!
I've been super hungry the last couple days, not sure why. Trying not to deprive myself, but hard not to over do it as well! Going to go for a long workout after dinner so I have more energy!0 -
Morning Ladies, still on track and my weekend was fine too, and just 11 days now until we leave for a week long Chicago vacation :drinker: :happy:
Today I am going to clean windows and cupboards, so keeping moving and already have my meals planned. Have a great one!
BTW we watched New in Town on DVD (Renee Zellweger & Harry Conick Jr) last night and it was LOL funny and a real feelgood too0 -
hello,im getting back on track,im so mad at my self , 4 steps forward 3 steps back. all the hard work i put in got destroyed in two days. i got to better on weekends. my husband is a bad influence. but i cant blame him for everything. boy 1200 calories isnt much at all, when you try to eat out. i got in a ton of exercise yesterday though. today im going to better on my food. I have to stop eating my babies leftovers:blushing: . I hate wasting food. but i dont want to be a human garbage disposal either!!!0

Having a good week here so far. I'm really hoping to post a loss this week....tomorrow I'm going to hit it hard and really watch my sodium intake to be on the safe side.

Morning Ladies :flowerforyou: Well I have not been great about working out but... I have been better (much better) about avoiding fast food, packing a healthy lunch, and eating lots of good foods.... I just need to get my late night munchies under control... I know I am not really hungry, just looking for something to do while watching TV or hanging out... :grumble: But that is okay... rome wasn't built in a day :laugh: :bigsmile: How is everyone???0

Help!!! I love my cousin to death... she comes over and hangs out at my house pretty much every night, but she looves cake and ice cream and last night brought over a cookie for me and a piece of cake and ice cream.... how could I say no?? Now I feel like I've ruined the week AGAIN... I have GOT to get this under control!!!!! Hope everyone else's week is going better.
I did do good with my running yesterday..... usually, I run on the treadmill at between 5.5 and 6.0, but yesterday I sprinted at 7.0 for a couple of minutes and tried to keep it more around the 6.0 range on average!!!! Today it's the elliptical for me!!0 -

I just found out the BF is taking me on a va-k :bigsmile: (we are leaving Friday and right after that I am going to a conference for work... so while that is great it means that I will be MIA on MFP for several weeks... I hope I can keep it together while I am away... :noway: :laugh: ... and I know you ladies will keep this challenge going for me....!!!! Good morning everyone! I just wanted to pass this on. I have been working out now for 24 days straight on my treadmill for 60 minutes per day walking at 4.3...hoofing it in other words. My weight isn't droping off as fast as I thought it would but the inches are. I log every single thing that is going to go into my mouth early in the morning so if I want to change it up during the day I can. I plan, plan and plan. So far I have lost 2-1/4 inches in my hips and 3- 1/4 inches off my waist, and 1-1/4 inches off my neck . My clothes are starting to bag :drinker: . This site is a wonderful motivator for me. I don't know how I ever got along without it.0

Good morning,im a little upset. The scale is going in the wrong direction. I really dont know why. yesterday i stayed under my calories and it went up 3 pds over night. im up 5 pds since friday,whatever besides sunday i ate good and exercised alot. Im going to stick to what im doing. I think my body is still recovery from all the fasting(master cleanse) i was doing. the weight is just sticking on m e if i eat ANYTHING!!!!!!!!! I cant strave for the rest of my life. I think my metabolism is a halt!!!!!! I got a new scale with BMI,goal,starting weight,weight loss. pretty cool. well i have to look at the bright side, at least i dont weigh 200 pds anymore and a size 6 is not to bad,0

Well I am definitely back on track today. I wish I would have done good all weekend. I am scared to weigh myself tomorrow. I dont think I gained anything, but I know I didn't lose any. :grumble: But I have the jogging stroller now, so that will motivate me to get out more with the walking and take longer walks and start jogging too.
