Has anyone read this book?!?! I just started it last night and now I'm freaked out to cut my calories to 1390 like MFP suggests.

I read the book a few weeks ago and started the lifting plan. There is a group with threads for each stage and lots of support. Look in the Groups tab and you should see it. Join it and have happy lifting!0
