Exercise Questions......

I am a weight loss surgery patient (gastric band) and I have lost just over 100 pounds in about 10 months. As you can imagine, LOTS of saggy skin. I would like to work on my arms in particular, right now. I have a set of 3 pound hand weights. How many sets, how many reps, what's best for the "bat wings" and biceps? Any help is appreciated, I am a total novice at weight training/toning. I would also like suggestions for abs and legs (especially inner thighs). Thanks!

Hey...here is some good arm advice from Jillian Michaels...

Do squats and shoulder press together. Pushups are the best. Tricep kickbacks. Denise Austin or Kathy Smith have good strength training videos.0
